Aspect Software is the world's largest company solely focused on the contact center industry. Aspect provides key business process strategies including customer service, collections, and sales and telemarketing for in-house and outsourced contact centers.

An industry-wide change, created a need to educate salespeople, as well as customers, to Aspect’s new strategies and capabilities namely: unified communications.

 

Expertise

For the last three years, we have worked with LEC, the marketing and advertisement company for Aspect Software, to create dynamic sales tools. Recently, we set to build upon these tools illustrate Aspect's evolution to unified communications.

 

Beginning with green-screen production, our post department worked to incorporate real-life action in a hand-drawn virtual world. A global software company, Aspect needed to illustrate a worldwide presence with a treatment which underscored the human components and underlying technology employed with unified communications. The goal was to show how through unified communications a consumer's question can be resolved within a single interaction.

The approach involved a combination of motion tracking, live-action, and 3D virtual environments to simulate a consumer's interaction seamlessly resolving across the globe

Impact

The final project included a high-level introduction and six sales components that have helped their 900+ salespeople cement their position as the industry-leader in contact center solutions.
